An Advocate for Responsible use of Technology and a Healthy Work-Life Balance

About Me
I’m Jakob Essig, a DevOps Engineer currently based in Greenville, South Carolina. Originally from Colorado, I’ve always been fascinated by technology and its potential to transform industries. Growing up, I was drawn to problem-solving and building things, which eventually led me to pursue a career in tech. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with some incredible companies and learning from talented professionals, all of which has shaped the engineer I am today. In my free time, I enjoy exploring the outdoors, hiking, and taking on new challenges. I believe that the skills and mindset I’ve developed in my personal life have a direct impact on my professional growth. Whether it’s through outdoor adventures or tackling complex technical problems, I’m always looking for ways to push my limits and expand my horizons.
